POSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as district representative for activities related to applicant tracking and employee records systems. Facilitates the new employee onboarding process. Facilitates the administrative hiring process. Maintains job description database. Completes special projects that require research and compilation of information. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as primary contact for the district’s applicant tracking system. Provides support and guidance to applicants and hiring managers during the hiring process. Responsible for multiple processes that support hiring.
Facilitates the new employee onboarding process and orientation. Serves as primary contact for platform used for new employee onboarding tasks, documents, and data collection. Responds to new hire inquiries related to initial onboarding tasks. Collaborates with hiring managers on site specific onboarding processes, ensuring consistency across the district.
Facilitates the district's administrative hiring process.
Maintains the district’s job description database.
Serves as primary contact for Employee Records Requests. Completes special projects that require research and compilation of information.
All other duties, as assigned and required, in order to perform the above services.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience at a mid-professional level required.
Prior experience coordinating within organizational departments; makes decisions and recommendations that often affect the activities of others.
Moderate level of judgment: supervisor is available to review established broad objectives; must approve general recommendations.
Requires regular, frequent contact with internal personnel of influence and decision-making responsibility to discuss issues of moderate importance; requires continuing contact with officials at higher levels. Excellent interpersonal skills are required for working with inter-organizational teams.
